Swings 04:14
Dropping A whirl pool is coming The anguish is flooding The dam’s deconstructing. Happy, as far as I can see. Lonely, inevitably. Lose it, lose it, I’m about to lose it, emotional cue switch. Thick skin, One insult and you’re thin A sudden transition To a witty comedian. Happy, as far as I can see. Hold me, inevitably. This night abrupt, And I’m not the person I thought I was. All these U-Turn swings, unstable colored rings And my mindset. I was deceived. And I’m the one to shame myself For easily deceived. Lose it, lose it, I’m about to lose it, emotional cue switch.

Escapism 06:19
You decide to apply to go on your own way. Signing new stipulations, you’re feeling so brave. Bon voyage, red mirage, far away entourage. No more wars, forsake doors, on a rusted lone shore. Still have to get a little bit of resting, get a little bit of resting now. Turn your mind off and stop thinking, turn your mind off and stop thinking now. Yet you notice this lid is still overbearing The blue sky is still despairing This escape, isolate, to a brick layered space. Sun light down, black surrounds, the blue dot calms you down. Still have to get a little bit of resting, get a little bit of resting now. Turn your mind off and stop thinking, turn your mind off and stop thinking now. Thoughts were cascading, life was escaping. When the hindsight came, foolish and ashamed. Is this the same retreat, same retreat. As numbing feelings asleep, in front of a screen. Is this the same escape, same escape. As you try to get a way, this world in dismay.

Regrets 04:42
You knew this would come but you’ve always been young. The glass slipped onto the tile, that’s when you felt it first for a while. To take care of yourself, being pampered never helped. I’ve never been sure on my own, I’ve never gotten past a drone. So come back and count to ten, don’t make a sound. In times past you were unable, yet, you found to be stable. So look towards the light when you’ve run out of sight. Dark fog will swamp your vision, light’s warmth helps decisions. You’ll wake up with a glare. You’ll Stroll down from the stairs To where your cave is flooded, from what you call stuff gathered through years. You’ll whip out a black bag. Start to feel the drag Of albums, books, and costumes; an old photo of you with a shag. You get serious, searching through this mess You start to quiver from lost memories of timid times of regret. And you’ll know. And you’ll say… I’ve been missing you a long time. Stop hindering your goals. Quit burying past holes. You never wanted to be alone. You never wanted to be alone. You won’t know if you don’t try. Only faith can get you by. You never wanted to have regrets. You never wanted to have regrets.

Closure 03:19
And I’ve been waiting for a moment like this, When I stare into circles waiting for a kiss. But I know this lifestyle can’t last Cause in a while we’ll be both traveling so fast. In directions quite opposite, I will stay to your right As you move to my west. Will it be that karma has its way? You should tug at my heart, while you’re running away. But I know this lifestyle will never last, Cause my heart gets so fumbled and desperate so fast And we’ll see how we both end up? As you cradle a baby, will I still be in love? And it’s a lot to hold on. And now that you’re finally gone, Can I now have some peace? Can I start thinking of me? Instead of times we could’ve had, And were our moments that bad. Can I now have some peace? Can I start thinking of me? And if we ever meet again. Please don’t say “it’s not the end” Can I now have some peace? Can I start thinking of me? It started out with just me. This high ended abruptly.
